Lesson #3 + Extra Lesson

Every Tuesday is my bread baking day. In lesson #3, we were taught how to bake loaf breads. Loaf breads are definitely more economical and healthier than store-bought because I would know what was in it. If you noticed, most store packed loafs are added with preservatives for a longer shelf life.

There will be no lessons next week due to the Golden Week holidays. I will probably try to practice baking the raisin loaf while my memory is still fresh.

Extra Lesson

I took an extra lesson after lesson #3 last week. Though I was feeling a bit tired after the morning lesson, I didn`t want to miss this. It was a bit troublesome fixing the parts of the bear`s face but this bread will put a smile on anyone`s face.

Hey Miso,

Looks like the pregnancy is making you enjoy baking very much. Good for you.

The different types of bread look very good. It's true that store bought bread has many added preservatives but it makes buying much cheaper than making your own in the end. I usually buy loads of bread and put them in the freezer and they keep for weeks or even months. When I want to eat it, I'll toast it and it's really good.

I enjoy looking at the pictures... they are quite inspirational.
